Keens Academy welcomes students of all skill levels. Young learners under 18 train with parental consent. If you have questions about your child's specific age and readiness, please reach out — we're happy to talk through it.
Keens Academy is fully online — there's no in-person training, travel, or physical contact involved. All training happens through video lessons and written feedback. Instructors are credentialed professionals with real Seoul agency experience. The program focuses on vocal technique, dance fundamentals, and stage presence.
They work through on-demand video lessons organised by skill level, practice choreography or vocal drills, and optionally participate in the community. We recommend 5–7 hours per week for meaningful progress — roughly an hour a day. The monthly evaluation gives them a written score and adjusted training focus for the next month.
All communication is in English. Monthly evaluations are delivered as written reports — scores across key dimensions and a personalised training focus for the month ahead. Community interactions happen inside a private, moderated Circle community. There is no live video coaching in the standard program.
If your child cancels within 7 days of the first charge and hasn't accessed more than 20% of the content, they're eligible for a full refund. After that window, cancellation stops future billing but the current period is non-refundable. Contact us directly if you have a specific situation — we handle things case by case.
Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation penalty, no back-and-forth. Cancel before the next billing date and there are no further charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
No. The curriculum starts from fundamentals and is organised by skill level. The monthly evaluation assesses where they are and adjusts the training plan accordingly. Whether they've been dancing for years or are just starting, the program meets them where they are.
